- Wet your toothbrush with water. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Weleda Fluoride-Free Calendula Toothpaste onto the bristles of your toothbrush. Remember, you only need a small amount as the paste is concentrated. Gently brush your teeth using circular motions, covering all surfaces of your teeth. Pay attention to the front, back, and chewing surfaces. Continue brushing for at least two minutes. It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, ideally after meals.
