Ibuprofen inhibits prostaglandin biosynthesis, a chemical compound that induce pain, inflammation and fever. Caffeine potentiates the effect of ibuprofen and expedites its onset of action.

- Relief from mild to moderate pain such as dental, obstetric or orthopaedic surgery
