- Max Pre-Injection Alcohol Swabs are saturated with 70% Isoprophil Alcohol. It is mainly used for skin cleansing prior to injection. Isopropyl alcohol topical (for use on skin) is used to help prevent bacterial skin infections from minor cuts or scrapes. Isopropyl alcohol is used in healthcare settings to prevent infection that may be caused by needle punctures.
- For skin cleansing prior to injection
- Disinfect the skin and prevent infections
- Swabs packed individually
- Rub skin briskly in a circular motion from injection site outward
- In case of skin irritation or rash, discontinue use
- Avoid contact with eyes
- if contacted, flush eyes with water
- If ingested do not induce vomiting, obtain medical attention immediately
- Store in a cool place away from naked flame and direct sunlight
