- Les Zamis Constipation Oral Drops contains Medicinal ingredients including Alumina, Causticum, Lycopodium, Magnesia muriatica, Nux vomica, Sepia officinalis and Bryonia alba. Alumina is indicated for atonic constipation and slow digestive transit. Causticum comforts digestive transit paralysis with constipation, defecation difficulties and loss of rectal sensitivity. Lycopodium resolves infant digestive problems, gas emission, meteorism in umbilical region, thin and elongated stools. Magnesia muriatica helps in hepatic and digestive syndrome with constipation, dehydrated stool and milk intolerance. Nux vomica is indicated for constipation with ineffectual urging and tenesmus, which is the feeling that you need to pass stools, even though your bowels are already empty. Sepia officinalis is indicated for the sensation of abdominal emptiness, atonic constipation and bearing down in the abdomen.

- Infants 0-11 months old: 1 to 5 drops, 1 to 3 times per day
- Children 1-5 years old: 5 to 10 drops, 1 to 3 times per day
- Children 6-11 years old: 5 to 15 drops, 1 to 3 times per day
- At the start of the treatment, take every 30 minutes, up to 10 times per day, then return to general dosage
- To be taken directly under the tongue with the dropper or to melt with some water before drinking
- Duration of use: 3 to 4 days
