It contain the key ingredients like iron (ferric pyrophosphate) equivalent to 30mg, vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 60mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) equivalent to 2.5mcg, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) equivalent to 2.0mcg, folic acid (vitamin B9) 0.4mg and soluble fiber 500mg.
