- Etat Pur D-panthenol 5.25% Serum For Extreme dry skin moisturizes and strengthens the skin to significantly reduce skin dryness. D-Panthenol or Provitamin B5 is a vitamin found naturally in the skin. It stimulates the formation of lipids (fatty acids), which are necessary molecules to strengthen the protective feature of the skin, to protect the skin from dryness and dehydration, and for the formation of the skin barrier.
