- Babe Bi-Phase Micellar Oil is a gentle cleanser with a dual composition that features both an oil-based phase and a water-based phase, having the ability to remove all kinds of makeup. Because its ingredients provide an emollient and moisturizer action it is ideal for dry and very dry skin.
