- Rossmax Handheld Piston Nebulizer NH60 is a medical device designed to deliver medicine prescribed by a physician to the airways of the lungs. The mini pump technology incorporates a brand new design for small portable nebulizer. The components of the pump are of the highest quality and manufactured by Rossmax Japan. Moreover, the pump is tailor-made which means that the pump's characteristics and functionality can be set and adjusted to meet nebulizer specifications. Rossmax Handheld Piston Nebulizer NH60 is equipped with Valve Adjustable Technology (VAT). The proprietary adjustable valve is able to deliver medications of different viscosity level according to every user's conditions without exchanging parts. The Valve Adjustable Technology (VAT) bottle allows users to adjust different levels of Nebulization rate 0.08 (closed) / 0.2 (fully opened) ml/min at consistent particle size. High nebulization rate/full open is for high viscosity medications and high breathing capacity user while low flow rate with close valve will be more appropriate for kids / infants with lower breathing capacity. Thanks to the reduction of wasted medication, VAT is also recommended for respiratory disorders such as COPD and Asthma as well as intensive use in general. Your compressor nebulizer should be used under the supervision of a licensed physician and/or a respiratory therapist. - The nebulizer kit is operable at up to a 45° angle. If the angle is greater than 45°, no aerosol will be generated.
- Place the compressor on a flat, stable surface within reach.
- Gently twist and pull straight up on the lid of the nebulizer to separate into two parts (medication cup and cover).
- The stem inside the medication cup inserts into the tube of the nozzle.
- Add the prescribed amount of medication to the medication cup.
- Reassemble the nebulizer by carefully twisting the medication cup and cover together. Make sure that the two parts fit securely.
- Attach one end of the air tube connector to the air output. Carefully attach the opposite end of the air tubing connector to the stem at the base of the nebulizer kit. Attach the angled mouthpiece or mask to the top of the nebulizer kit. The capacity of the medication cup is 2~5 ml. NOTE: A 30-minute interval is recommended after each use. The compressor will automatically shut off if it becomes overheated
