- Panadol Cold and Flu Vapour Release Sachet contains Paracetamol and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and is recommended for relief of common cold symptoms including headache, sore throat, nasal congestion and sinusitis, and their associated body pain, aches and fever. Its also recommended for relief of sinusitis symptoms such as sinus headache, pain and nasal congestion. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Besides these actives, honey, with its antibacterial and soothing properties benefits those suffering from cold with the added lemon which provides extra flavor and vitamin C.

- To use: Empty the contents of the sachet into a cup and half fill with very hot water. Stir well. Add cold water as necessary.
- Do not be used with other paracetamol-containing products, decongestants, or cough and flu medicines.
