- Thuasne finger splint is a modern bandage recommended for resuming sports activity following trauma to the fingers. It is particularly comfortable because it is non-sticky, elastic and flexible. It has been designed to adapt to all body types (one size). The Thuasne laboratory has judiciously designed this splint with an interdigital separation to avoid any friction and burns between the fingers during immobilization.
