- Mucum 30 mg tablet contains 30 mg Ambroxol, which is a clinically proven systemically active mucolytic agent that makes the sputum thinner and less viscous and therefore more easily removed by coughing. Mucum breaks up phlegm, used in the treatment of respiratory diseases associated with viscid or excessive mucus.
- Thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) in the nose, windpipe and lungs making it easier to cough out
- Facilitates the removal of the mucus from the airways
- Mucolytic treatment of acute and chronic bronchopulmonary disease associated with impaired formation and transport of mucus
- Suggested dosage for adults : One tablet three times daily, as required, after meals with liquid
