- Kazein Forte Milk Calcium Chewable Tablets contains calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus play a vital role in the formation and maintenance of healthy teeth and bones in the body. Calcium makes the bones and teeth healthy and strong and help to hold the teeth in place. Phosphorus by binding with calcium form the hard structure of the bones and teeth. The major biological function of vitamin D is to maintain normal blood level of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D functions by stimulating the absorption of intestinal calcium and phosphorus and consequently help to maintain strong bones and teeth. The calcium exists as casein phosphopeptide complex in milk which provides the natural medium for absorption and assimilation of calcium and phosphorous to the bones. Adequate intake of calcium and phosphorus in the appropriate ratio of 2:1 (Ca:P), in addition to vitamin D, is vital for bone health and development
