- Take off cap. Put a lubricant on the enema tip and on the anus before using DocuSol Mini-Enema. Put enema tip into the rectum with gentle pressure
- Adults and children 12 years of age and older (with adult supervision) : one to three units daily, Children 6 to 12 years of age (with adult supervision) : one unit daily as prescribed.
