Flavonoids help increase vascular tone and has anti-inflammatory effects while phenolics possess pain killing properties. It is applied locally to treat first- and second-degree internal hemorrhoids.

- Reduces pain associated with hemorrhoids
- Apply the cream locally at least twice daily and after each act of defecation for 14 days.
