- 3M Littmann Non Chill Sleeve For Infant Stethoscope is a convenient way to keep Littmann stethoscopes in top condition by protecting against edge damage and enhancing their appearance. The small side of a double-sided 3M™ Littmann® stethoscope chestpiece can be converted into a traditional open bell when you use it with the non-chill bell sleeve. The flexible, nonchill material also ensures patient comfort during use. The sleeve fits securely in the bell side of the 3M™ Littmann® Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope and is available in black to coordinate with similarly colored diaphragm rims and eartips. Littmann Non Chill Bell Sleeves enable the Littmann Cardiology III, Classic II.SE, Infant and Paediatric stethoscopes to be used in a traditional open bell style which can be primarily used to hear low-frequency sounds like certain heart murmurs and other low-pitched sounds that might be missed when using the diaphragm. The sleeve fits securely in the bell side of the various models. The Nonchill Bell Sleeve is available in standard black, Gray, or light brown color to match diaphragm rims and/or eartips.

- Pinch the rim of the tunable diaphragm with your thumb and index fingernails. Pull and lift it from the chestpiece.
- Assemble the non-chill bell sleeve by placing one side of the sleeve on the edge of the bell, and then stretching it over and around.
- To reassemble your tunable diaphragm, remove the non-chill bell sleeve and insert the flexible end of the diaphragm into the groove of the rim. Slowly roll it over the chestpiece edge.
