- It has soothing effect on sore nipples
- Optimize the condition of the skin, reduce swelling and prevent infection
- Open the sachet, unfold the compress and place it with the impregnated side on the nipple
- Leave the compress in place as long as desired but for at least 10 minutes
- Preferably 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour
- Repeat treatment at least twice a day until problems are relieved
- Should not be use longer than 30 days consecutive
